esedrIA is not an application layer built on non-EU infrastructure. Every part of it — hosting, payments, AI — is chosen so your customers' conversations never leave Europe.

Each brand has its own space, fully separated from the others. Your customers' conversations are never mixed with another brand's: they stay yours and in Europe, with no cross-brand exposure.

Payments run through Fabrick (Banca Sella group), a European PSD2 gateway. The language models are European LLMs — today via the Mistral API, with self-hosted open source models (Domyn) on the roadmap — aligned with AI Act requirements. Hosting is on OVHcloud, an EU sovereign cloud. The result: a fully European, verifiable and compliant technology chain.
