Legal framework and scope
Binarycode S.r.l.s. is a microenterprise (fewer than 10 employees and annual turnover below € 2 million). As such:
- it is exempt from the service accessibility obligations of the European Accessibility Act (EU Directive 2019/882, implemented in Italy by Legislative Decree 82/2022), which apply to operators with more than 10 employees and turnover above € 2 million;
- it is not among the private parties bound by Italian Law 4/2004 ("Legge Stanca"), whose obligations cover private entities with average turnover above € 500 million.
Even without a legal obligation, we are voluntarily committed to keeping the site accessible and improving it over time.

Target: WCAG 2.2 level AA and the AgID accessibility guidelines.
Accessibility measures in place
The site is built with semantic HTML5 and server-side rendering, and includes:
- a landmark structure (
header,main,footer,nav) and a "Skip to content" link; - a single
h1per page and a consistent heading hierarchy; - full keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators;
- alternative text on informative images and high colour contrast (dark theme);
- support for the
prefers-reduced-motionpreference (reduced animations); - content readable without JavaScript (interactive features are a progressive enhancement).
Conformance status
The site declares itself partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA: a full formal audit of the new platform is in progress and any findings will be addressed progressively.
