Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and the Italian Privacy Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003 amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018), Binarycode S.r.l.s. provides the following notice.

The IP address and user-agent are collected when forms (waitlist, brand application) are submitted, solely to prevent abuse and spam (legitimate interest, art. 6.1.f). They are not used for profiling and are retained as per §4.
4. Retention period
- VIP applications: 24 months from last contact
- Unverified waitlist: 90 days (automatic cleanup)
- Verified waitlist: 12 months
- Unsubscribed waitlist: deleted 30 days after unsubscribe
- Newsletter / invites: until unsubscribe (link in every email)
- Technical logs: 6 months
- Plausible statistics: aggregate anonymous data only, no personal data retained
5. Recipients
Data is accessible only to authorised personnel. May be disclosed to:
- OVHcloud S.A.S. (France) — infrastructure hosting. DPA in place.
- OVH SMTP (France) — transactional email delivery.
- Plausible Analytics self-hosted EU — cookieless aggregate statistics, hosted on European infrastructure, no third party involved.
No data transferred outside the EU.
6. Data subject rights
You have the right to (Art. 15-22 GDPR): access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent.

Immediate unsubscribe: every marketing/invite email contains an unsubscribe link (and a List-Unsubscribe header for one-click unsubscribe). Unsubscribing stops sending and triggers deletion of the lead within 30 days.
