A brand goes live on esedrIA in days, not months. The journey runs from catalogue upload to a payment completed directly inside the conversation, without ever leaving European infrastructure.
Each brand's AI agent is trained on the brand's catalogue, tone of voice and specific guardrails. It is not a reskinned generic assistant: it speaks with the brand's voice and answers only within the boundaries the brand defines.
The customer converses in natural language, receives personalised recommendations and interactive product cards, and completes the purchase by paying in chat via Fabrick. The entire flow is PSD2 and GDPR compliant, with a full audit log.
